Creativity
Our inhouse building designers will sit with you and discuss your project and provide you with various options to consider. We will cover and discuss all aspects of the project and leave no stone unturned. Nothing will move forward until you are completely satisfied with the design. We will go back to the drawing board for as many times as we need to.
Planning
It all starts with effective planning. Once we've been nominated to work on your project we will sit with you and discuss what you're trying to achieve. This usually includes a full site measure and conducting council research and other related guidelines. Once we have all the required information we can begin the design process and provide you with multiple design options.
Documentation
Once your happy with the final design, we will start preparing all the necessary documentation to lodge the application with your local Council or a private certifier. Clear and compliant documentation is key to getting you that approval as quickly as possible.
